A Spring Garden Wedding at Glen Magna Farms | Massachusetts Wedding Photographer
There’s just something about spring weddings — everything feels lighter, happier, and full of life again. Courtney and Josh’s Glen Magna Farms wedding in Danvers, Massachusetts, was exactly that kind of day.
Glen Magna Farms is one of my favorite Massachusetts wedding venues. The gardens, the historic mansion, the way the light hits the trees in late afternoon — it’s kind of a dream for photos. The spring flowers were showing off that day too, adding pops of color everywhere you looked.
Courtney and Josh spent the morning in different parts of the manor getting ready with their favorite people before sharing a first look out front. They read private vows to each other afterward — one of my favorite parts of any wedding day — and then it was off to their ceremony.
The ceremony took place in the garden, surrounded by greenery and old stone columns. At one point, a tortoise from the property wandered right into the tent, giving everyone a good laugh before one of the groomsmen gently brought him back home.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn before heading into the tent for dinner and dancing. It was one of those nights that felt easy and joyful from start to finish — full of laughter, happy tears, and the best kind of spring energy.
From start to finish, it was one of those days that just felt good to be a part of.
